$100.00 per person, due on or before June 15th
Leaders, please pay with ONE CHURCH CHECK made payable to
Lake Lavon Area 1 GA/Acteen Camp
WHAT TO BRING:
Cool, comfortable clothing (see dress code)
ONE-PIECE swimsuit and cover-up (see dress code)
Comfortable, active footwear (shoes must be worn at all
times)
Linens for a twin bunk bed, pillow, blanket or sleeping bag,
towels and washcloths
Toiletries – soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.
Bible, paper, pen/pencil
Spending money for snack bar, special events
Love offering for missionaries
Sack lunch for Monday

GIRLS
MISSION CAMP INFORMATION PACKET
Leaders, please feel free to make copies of any of the
enclosed pages to send home with your girls.
Be sure to go over this information with your girls and their
parents, making sure that everyone understands all of the rules,
COST AND DEADLINE:
The cost of camp is $100.00.
This includes your
camp
t-shirt.
The full amount along with the summary sheet must be mailed
to Dee Boyd no later than June 15th.
Please send one church check for the full amount.

Refunds for those
registered but not attending camp will be made at check-in time in
the amount of $85.00 per camper.

Extra T-shirts are
$10.00 each.
T-SHIRTS: Shirts must be
ordered by June 15th to guarantee delivery.
T-shirts cannot be promised for registrations made after
June 15th.
REGISTRATION:
Registration will be in the chapel from 9:30-11:00 on Monday.
You will receive your cabin assignments, schedules, quiet
time booklets and ID bracelets at that time.
Bracelets must be worn on the wrist at all times.
All medication must be turned in at this time.
It must be clearly marked with the girl’s name, church,
dosage and refrigeration requirements.
This is state law and includes prescription and
non-prescription medicines.
